Packages and Pricing
Explore the base prices for my tech training, apps and websites, add ons, and bundle prices. Not for profit organizations have their own special pricing, so if this is you, reach out for a quote and be sure to include the name and a brief description of the organization.
Tech Training Packages
In line with my goal to make the digital world a more accessible and inclusive place, I offer training for using computers, mobile devices, and screen readers for $40 an hour or the following package pricing:
- Hourly rate is $40 / hour
- Ten hour bundle for $380 (0.5 hour free)
- Twenty hour bundle for $740 (1.5 hours free)
- Thirty hour bundle for $1100 (2.5 hours free)
- Forty hour bundle for $1440 (4 hours free)
- Fifty hour bundle for $1800 (5 hours free)
- Group bundles are available for a discounted rate of one member at the original price + 25% off the original price for each additional member
Bundles do not have to be used for the same individuals. For example, a twenty hour bundle can use ten hours for one person, and ten for another.
The hourly rate and bundles can also be applied to groups, each additional user pays 25% off the regular price. For example a group of three paying for a ten hour bundle would pay $380 (first member) + $285 * 2 (two additional members) for a total of $950 instead of paying for three individual $380 packages which would total $1140.
Consulting
Before I get to the pricing for new websites, there is another option for clients who already have a website they love and a designer they enjoy working with. If you already have a website and you are looking to make it accessible or more user friendly for your potential clients, you can book a consultation with me to assist you in this goal.
Consultations include a risk free analysis of your website with no purchase necessary. I will look at your website and let you know what its accessibility score is by my own analysis and by using the WAVE web accessibility analysis tool.
If your website is in need of an accessibility update, I can work with you and your current web designer to implement the necessary changes to make your website accessibility compliant.
Depending on how much work is needed, consultations start at $250 and can go as high as $500. As part of this process, if you are looking for accessible ways to spruce up your website with animations and such, I can guide you so that these updates are done in an accessible way.
Please note that due to the nature of consultations, and that the systems your web designer is using to program your website may vary in accessibility themselves, I do not do any of the coding for your website directly. I can help with code snippets and give as much guidance as necessary, but if the system your website is currently using is not accessible, I do not even attempt to do any of the code updating myself.
If a consultation is something you think you might benefit from, please reach out via email and I can take a look at your existing website and let you know where you stand in relation to accessibility. The analysis is free, so you have nothing to lose by reaching out and getting your accessibility score from me.
Accessibility is important so that none of your potential clients fall through the cracks when trying to get in touch with your business, so take the leap! Get your accessibility score today!

Please note, the following add ons are not an exhaustive list, other features that you request may also be classified as a level one, two, or three add on and priced accordingly.

Website Add Ons
First Level Add Ons
First level add ons have a $75 setup each on top of your base package price: Yearly upkeep for each feature is $25 on top of your yearly fee. This kind of add on is usually a static form such as a blog, review form, quote tool, simple registration form, or contact form.
A static form, like it sounds, stays the same regardless of other inputs. It doesn't require responsive fields as a result of input above it in the form or input from a database. It can however involve putting the data gathered from the form into a database and sending emails on form submission. Depending on the nature of the form, this add on can also include what I refer to as your Admin Panel, so you can see results of the form and change info if you desire.
Second Level Add Ons
Second level add ons have a $125 setup each on top of your base package price: Yearly upkeep for each feature is $50 on top of your yearly fee. This kind of add on is usually a dynamic form such as a bookings form, responsive registration form, or other kinds of forms that require fields to change and update based on user input higher in the form or info from a database. Second level add ons also include things like photo galleries and integration of payment links.
As a note, I don't currently support the online square store since it is not an accessible interface but if you already have something set up or are looking to use Square, there are definitely payment link options and ways to integrate it into your website.
A dynamic form, unlike a static form that doesn't change, displays different info or form fields based on information it is given. Whether the information comes from other fields in the form or from information in a database, dynamic forms are very useful for making the experience feel unique and individualized to each user. It also helps you by displaying relevant information such as dates available for bookings or how many tickets are left to be sold.
Dynamic forms will almost certainly input their data into a database, emails will most likely be generated from them, and your Admin panel is a very useful tool to have when working with data from these kinds of forms.
Finally, photo galleries and payment integration are part of the second level add on because they too require database integration and an Admin Panel for you to add pieces to your gallery, products to your store, etc. Many galleries are going to go hand in hand with a payment system of some sort so that is why I am grouping them together here. The work required for integrating payment links into a photo gallery isn't much different than simply setting up the gallery with contact links so whichever method you prefer is included in the second level add on pricing.
Third Level Add Ons
Third level add ons have a $175 setup each on top of your base package price: Yearly upkeep for each feature is $75 on top of your yearly fee. This kind of add on is usually a Combination dynamic form such as registration for multiple leagues or events. A form like this is useful in situations that making multiple static or dynamic forms would be redundant and it would be more cost effective and cleaner looking to do a combination dynamic form.
This kind of form starts with a pop up, allowing the user to choose which form they are choosing to fill out; followed by other options that usually fill in down the form as the user progresses. They require a fair bit of set up but allow for a great deal of flexibility if options for new forms similar to the current ones are going to be added. They also allow for users to only have to go to one place to find all of the possible forms they need. Again this kind of form is best used for forms that are similar in content, such as registration forms for different leagues or tickets for different events.
Like Dynamic forms, combo dynamic forms will almost certainly input their data into a database, emails will also most likely be generated from them, and your Admin panel is an especially useful tool to have when working with data from these kinds of forms.
